For your security, the entrance to the apartment requires a digicode that you will have. A smoke detector is installed and will be activated in case of emergency.

A large entrance hall that leads to the large and bright living/dining room with a large LED TV to entertain you with 200 TV channels and NETFLIX available. Various sofas including a sofa bed for every taste and a brightness that will allow you to see the property from an illuminated angle. For the TV, use the Smart STB application (blue application) via the remote control menu. When you turn on the TV you have to wait a few moments so that the TV connects to the internet

Find a kitchenette equipped with a central island with a multifunction oven to cook on site. You also have an induction hob, a refrigerator to store your groceries. A coffee maker and a toaster will be available. Cutlery will be provided, notice the pleasant atmosphere thanks to a chic decoration.

A first room on the first floor with a King Size double bed, which comes from the hotel bedding, equipped with a TV with the same features, and a hanging desk. Our mattresses are palace type mattresses. An armchair for your comfort, and, for your peace of mind, you can turn your lights on and off without moving thanks to the switches near the bed.  An old fireplace as decoration. For your things, we let you unpack them in the wall cupboard that you have just for you.

Upstairs, a second room equipped in the same way, a double King Size bed, a television, switches for your lights.

A living room with suspended net not to be missed! A beautiful bathroom, Italian shower very modern style that is offered by the owner with clean towels, shower gel and shampoo and an iron.

You have a dressing room with hangers for your clothes and a washing machine with dryer.
